The authors are members of a gathering of writers drawn from the graduate cohort of the MA in Creative Writing at the University of Limerick.

Seán Coffey lives in Galway. He has twice been shortlisted for the Francis MacManus Prize, also for the Hennessy Prize, and other competitions. His work appears in the Hennessy Book of Irish Fiction 2005–2015, The 2003 Phoenix Collection of Irish Short Stories and most recently in the literary publications, SWERVE, The Ogham Stone and Crannóg.
Máirín Stronge is a writer from Mayo, living in Westmeath. Her short fiction has been Long Listed by Fish, shortlisted by New Irish Writing, placed second in Dalkey Creates Festival, published in The Ogham Stone 2022/2023 and Washing Windows III. She is writing a novel, a contemporary story of love, loss, redemption.


Sharon Guard is a writer from Dublin. Her work has appeared in New Irish Writing, SWERVE, The Ogham Stone and the Washing Windows anthologies. She won the Molly Keane Creative Writing Award in 2020 and her story ‘Artifice’ was shortlisted for the RTÉ Short Story Competition in 2024. Her debut novel, Assembling Ailish, was published by Poolbeg Press in February 2025.
Gio is a writer based in Killarney, Co. Kerry. She enjoys exploring different forms of creativity. Her work has appeared in Listowel Writers’ Week winners’ anthology, The Ogham Stone, and Washing Windows III. Her work has also been broadcast on Dublin Digital Radio, West Limerick 102 FM and Radio Kerry.


Sarah Lou Ryan is a writer currently living in Kildare. She has read and loved books, words and writing stories from a very young age. Her work can be found in Flash Fiction Magazine and Gypsophila Magazine. She likes to explore humanity, experimenting with speculative fiction and magical realism.
Conor Clohessy is a writer from County Clare, who began his career in theatre, with his plays Scum of the Heavens, The Ballad of Wesson’s Boys and Tales from the End performed at the Jonathan Swift Theatre in Limerick throughout 2018 and 2019. Conor has since completed his BA in Journalism, with plans to produce a fantasy novel soon. He is also studying at the Lir Academy in Dublin as part of their renowned BA in Acting.
